迈克尔·约瑟夫·凯利（英語：Michael Joseph Kelly，1969年5月22日—），美国男演员，出生于宾夕法尼亚州费城。他曾出演電影《换子疑云》（2008年）和《超人：鋼鐵英雄》（2013年）[1]，且因時常出演《法網遊龍》系列電視劇以及於电视剧《纸牌屋》（2013年至2018年）中扮演道格拉斯·斯坦普而聞名。
早年
凱利出生於費城[2]，在喬治亞州勞倫斯維爾成長[3]。父親邁克爾有愛爾蘭血統，母親莫琳則是義大利後裔[4][5]。1992年，凱利於Coastal Carolina大學取得表演藝術學位[6]。
