史蒂夫·漢克（英語：Steve H. Hanke，1942年12月29日—），是美國約翰·霍普金斯大学的應用經濟學家，並且於華盛頓特區的卡托研究所，爲Troubled Currencies Project擔任高級研究員及主任。[1][2] 約翰·霍普金斯大学應用經濟學研究所、全球衛生研究所和馬里蘭州巴爾的摩商業企業研究的聯合主任。[3][4]
