標題

專輯標題是艾波寫的一首詩，用以回應讀者的負面反應及《Spin》雜誌對她的一篇封面故事。[7]《華盛頓郵報的理查德·哈靈頓（Richard Harrington）把專輯稱為是艾波版本的恰巴王八（英语：Chumbawamba）歌曲《I get knocked down, but I get up again（英语：Tubthumping）》。[7]「專輯標題來自受到的嘲笑」，她說道，「然後，毋庸置疑地，它成了讓我被嘲笑的一件事。」[8]
