Public domain This work was first published on the Palau and is now in the public domain because its copyright protection has expired by virtue of the Republic of Palau Copyright Act of 2003 (details). The work meets one of the following criteria:
  • It is an anonymous work, pseudonymous work or a work made for hire and 75 years have passed since the date of its publication or 100 years have passed since the date of its creation, whichever expires first
  • It is an audiovisual or collective work and 75 years have passed since the date of its publication or 100 years have passed since the date of its creation, whichever expires first
  • It is another kind of work, and 50 years have passed since the year of death of the author (or last-surviving author)
  • It is one of "official public legislative, administrative or legal texts, or any official translations thereof"
