- Hello Shizhao, we are hoping to run the campaign here as soon as possible. We are trying to identify and resolve a few issues that are unique to Chinese Wikipedia. One issue is we are trying to identify how information is stored. Chineese has many variants and Chinese Wikipedia handles at least two of them (Traditional & Simplified).
- Also we need to know which user groups are trusted. User groups I see are: autoreviewer, bot, bureaucrat, checkuser, confirmed, flow-bot, ipblock-exempt, oversight, patroller, rollbacker, sysop.
