Lhuntse, blessing by Dzongsar Jamyang Khyentse Rinpoche. The lama is the one holding the flags (standing, second from left).

Dzongsar Jamyang Khyentse Rinpoche (born 1961), also known as Khyentse Norbu, is a Bhutanese lama, filmmaker, and writer. His three major films are "The Cup" (1999), "Travellers and Magicians" (2003) and "Vara: A Blessing" (2013). He is the author of the book "What Makes You Not a Buddhist" (2007) and "Not for Happiness: A Guide to the So-Called Preliminary Practices" (2012).

Dzongsar Jamyang Khyentse Rinpoche was born in far Eastern, Bhutan in 1961. At the age of seven he was recognized, by H.H. Sakya Trizin Rinpoche, as the third incarnation of the founder of Khyentse lineage of Tibetan Buddhism.
