生平
謝茜嘉·比爾於1982年在美國明尼蘇達州伊利出生。她的父親喬納森·愛德華·貝爾(Jonathan Edward Biel)是企業家[1]，母親叫金伯利·貝爾(Kimberly "Kim" Biel)。她弟弟賈斯廷·貝爾(Justin Biel)出生時，舉家已移居至科羅拉多州博爾德 (科羅拉多州)。她有法國人、德國人、印第安人、喬克托人血統[2]。她的堂弟叫Porter Bessette在明尼蘇達州的St.John's University念書。
2012年10月19日与賈斯汀·提姆布萊克结婚。2015年長子誕生。
