English: The Divisional Fast Patrol Craft (abbreviation DFPC) is 11m long, 2.5m wide with a 0.6m water displacement. It has 6 seats. It is driven by two 275-horsepower outboard engine with a water displacement of up to 4.8 tons. It get reach a speed of up to 50 nautical miles, and is equipped with state-of-the-art instruments, including differential global positioning system, electronic compass, electronic charts, detectors and radars, etc. The boats are made in Australia with a price tag of HK$2 million (~US$125k). A total of 23 crafts were introduced to Hong Kong since 2008 in four batches to replace the harbor patrol boats which were in service since the early 1980s. 中文：分區快速巡邏艇（英文：Divisional Fast Patrol Craft，縮寫DFPC）船長約11米、闊2.5米、吃水0.6米，設有6座；由兩台275匹馬力的舷外機推動，排水量達4點8噸，船速可以高達50海里，配有先進儀器，包括差分全球定位儀、電子羅盤、電子海圖、探測器及雷達等等，澳洲製造，每艇價值逾兩百萬港元。於2008年開始分4批引進，共23艘，用以取代自1980年代初服役至今的港口巡邏艇等。[1]
