My thanks to flickerite tokyogaz for identifying this arched bridge as belonging to the famous Kameido Tenjin Shrine in Tokyo.

This was the largest of several bridges on the path to the principal structure of the Kameido Tenjin Shrine; the bridges linked islands in a like in front of the shrine. Built in 1662, the Kameido Tenjin Shrine was destroyed in the Allied firebombings of Tokyo in March, 1945.
