马来西亚国家银行(馬來語：Bank Negara Malaysia，简称BNM)，大马华人称为大馬國家銀行。设立于1959年1月24日，总部位于吉隆坡，是马来西亚的中央银行。其主要负责发行货币，规管金融机构，管理信用体系，及实施货币政策等事务。
名称
马来西亚国家银行在马来语及英语中都以“Bank Negara Malaysia”（BNM）作为正式名称；但官方亦同时以英语自称为“Central Bank of Malaysia”，直译为马来西亚中央银行。因此在中文之中马来西亚国家银行抑或马来西亚中央银行皆为其正式名称。
历史
是马来西亚的中央银行。成立于，总部设在马来西亚首都吉隆坡，并在吉隆坡、槟城、新山、古晋、亞庇和瓜拉登嘉楼设有分行。它是由马来西亚政府设立及拥有，其主要目的不在营利，而是管制与监督全国的银行与金融活动。
2013年11月18日马来西亚国家银行于北京正式成立了驻北京代表处，这是其继伦敦与纽约之后在全球范围内的第三家国际代表处[6]，国家银行行长丹斯里潔蒂在开幕式上表示，在中國設立代表處，反映了馬中兩國顯著及長期性的經貿關係[7]。

组织机构
董事会
国家银行董事会负责对国家银行的运作和管理进行监督及对国家银行授权业务的绩效进行审查[8]。董事会共有十二名成员，其中国家银行行长，三位副行长，及财政部秘书长为当然成员，而其余成员则从国内公共部门或私营机构中具有丰富经验的主要领导中聘请[8]。董事会的成员任免程序是除国家银行副行长以外的成员，全部由最高元首任命，而副行长则由财政部部长任命[8]。董事会依法必须每月至少举行一次会议[8]。现任董事会成员有[9]：

部门
国家银行行长是国家银行的行政总裁，其日常办公由三位副行长和七位助理行长进行协助。行长以下共设有36个部门（单位）各分属八大职能分部，其中七个职能分部分别由行长的七位助理行长负责领导，而余下的另一个职能分部则由国家银行总经理负责领导[10]国家银行的整体部门设置及组织规划如下 [11]：

马来西亚政府于2009年颁布的《马来西亚国家银行法案》（Akta Bank Negara Malaysia 2009）中的第十五节第一条规定了央行行长人事轮替的细节：其中央行行长依法应由最高元首任命，而副行长则由财政部部长任命[12]。
而自1959年成立以来至今，国家银行一共轮任过七位行长[13]。

The Governor is the Chief Executive Officer of the Bank and is assisted by three Deputy Governors and seven Assistant Governors. Most of the 36 departments/units in the Bank are organised into eight divisions, where each Assistant Governor including a General Manager, being responsible for one.
