模擬兒童色情（Simulated Child Pornography）是兒童色情的一種，指的是那種描繪未成年人內容卻沒有兒童直接參與製作過程的色情作品。
類型
模擬兒童色情的類型包括：修改真實兒童的照片、已成年的青少年裝扮成更年輕的模樣（異歲扮演），以及完全由電腦生成的擬真照片，[1] 或者由成年人扮演的未成年人。[2] 描繪涉及兒童的性行為，即便最後成品並不像是真實照片的漫畫或動畫作品也會被認為是模擬兒童色情作品。
虛擬兒童色情
在美國，《2003年保護法》對有關虛擬兒童色情的法律條文進行了重大修改。[3][4][5] 根據美國法典第18編 § 第2252A節，任何由計算機生成的作品，如果其內容描述無法與真實兒童從事或參與性活動的描述相區分的話，那就是違法的。同時根據美國法典第18編 § 第1466A節，任何無法通過米勒測試的涉及兒童性行為的素描、漫畫、雕塑或彩繪都屬於非法。
在澳大利亞的維多利亞州，「描述或描繪一個未成年人處於或似乎處於性活動或其他不雅性行為」的圖像是違法的。[6][7] 但是美國對於虛擬兒童色情的寬限在國際上造成影響，例如法國的虛擬兒童色情內容製作者們就因為美國更寬容的言論自由環境，而將他們的「產品」轉移到美國的服務器上。[7]
兒童色情動漫
被稱之為「蘿莉控」和「正太控」的變態亞型作品是否與兒童性虐待有聯繫一直有諸多爭議。[8][9] 據報道，使用兒童色情作品與兒童性虐待的關係來禁止涉及兒童性描述的作品是一貫的做法，而不會去關注作品是否真的造成了相關的後果。[10]
