马克斯·胡贝尔

马克斯·胡贝尔（德語：Max Huber；1874年12月28日—1960年1月1日）是一位瑞士律师、外交家，代表瑞士参加一系列国际会议与机构。
胡贝尔生于苏黎世，曾在洛桑大学、苏黎世大学和柏林大学攻读法律。1902至1914年，他在苏黎世大学教授国际法、宪法和州立法，并保留这一职务直到1921年，但是由于一战的缘故无法继续教课。战争期间，他为瑞士防卫与外交事务部建言献策。1922至1939年任常设国际法院法官，并于1925至1927年担任法院院长。1928至1944年他担任红十字国际委员会主席。1927年他參與土耳其與法國間著名的蓮花號案；1928年他在常设仲裁法院颇具影响的美国与荷兰帕尔马斯岛案争端中担任仲裁人。
胡贝尔从红十字委员会退休后，于去世前发表了几篇国际法方面的文章，1960年1月1日过世于苏黎世。
