100米跨欄，简称10屬田徑徑賽的一種。100米欄由100米直道和跑道上的10個跨欄組成，運動員要分別跨過這10個欄並首先衝過終點才算獲勝。現時奧林匹克運動會田徑項目中，100米跨欄為女性競賽項目。
規則
女子100米跨欄的欄高為840毫米（mm）（若以英制方式計算為2英尺9英吋／2.75英尺）。比賽時，運動員必須跨越10個欄架， 根據國際田徑聯合會（IAAF）之規則，女子100米跨欄的10個欄架在跑道上的設置方式如下：
首個欄架與起點距離為13米，欄架與欄架距離為8.5米，最後一個欄架與終點距離為10.5米。
除故意用手推或用腳踢倒欄架外，身體其它部位碰倒欄架不算犯規。
歷史
100碼跨欄比賽始於1830年英格蘭，當時沿路段放置了木製障礙物。
1926年，國際女子體育聯合會已記錄了八項記錄：60碼/75釐米、60碼/61釐米、65碼/75釐米、83碼/75釐米、100碼/75釐米、100碼/61釐米、120碼/75釐米、110米/75釐米。
1928年，國際女子體育聯合會要求將80米跨欄列入夏季奧運會女子運動專案，但直到1932年才被列為奧運會專案。
並於1932年作為80米跨欄首次出現在奧運會上。
80米跨欄在1932年至1968年是奧林匹克運動會的其中一項比賽。從1972年夏季奧運會開始，女子徑賽加長至100米欄。[1]
從1926年到1968年，女子80米欄須跨過8個欄，彼此相距8米，高30英寸（76.2釐米）。在1935年前，與男子徑賽一樣最多只能撞倒三個跨欄，不然取消資格，只有跑者跨過所有跨欄時，記錄才會被正式登記。
1935年，這條規則被放棄，並引入了L形跨欄，這些跨欄很容易向前摔倒，大大降低跑者受傷的風險。
1949年始，80米欄是女子五項全能之一。
1960年代，一些實驗性比賽使用100 英寸（30釐米）欄進行76.2米跑。
1968年夏奥引入1969年始的100米跨欄，使用高33英寸（83.8釐米）的欄。
女子110米跨欄在2019年設立的世界接力賽混合團體賽中進行的。

世界紀錄
世界紀錄為12.20秒，由美國選手肯德拉·哈里森在2016年7月22日締造，打破高懸28年的記錄，但她未能以此紀錄進入當年的奧運。
中華民國田徑選手紀政曾在1970年7月12日創下女子100米跨欄12秒8的世界紀錄。
