红腹金刚鹦鹉（学名：Orthopsittaca manilatus，葡萄牙语：Maracanã-do-buriti，西班牙语：Guacamayo ventrirrojo），又称红腹麦鷍^{[注 1]}，是鹦形目金刚鹦鹉科红腹金刚鹦鹉属下的唯一一种鸟类。^[3]这种鹦鹉分布于南美洲的巴西、委内瑞拉、玻利维亚、哥伦比亚、厄瓜多尔、法属圭亚那、圭亚那、秘鲁、苏里南和特立尼达和多巴哥等地。^[1]

红腹金刚鹦鹉的体重平均约372.0克，鸟喙宽平均17.0毫米、深平均30.8毫米、嘴峰长平均约30.5毫米；翼长平均24.0厘米；跗跖平均长20.6毫米；尾长平均21.5厘米。^[4]主要为植食性，几乎仅食用曲叶矛榈及菜王棕的果实，居于林地中。^[4]^[5]

在《国际自然保护联盟濒危物种红色名录》中，因为其分布范围极度广大，且数量下降的速度并不足以列入易危物种的标准，因而被列入无危物种。^[1]^[6]
