邻氨基苯甲酸酰胺(Avenanthramides)是很多生物碱的通称,主要存在燕麦中,但在蝴蝶及其卵(大菜粉蝶和菜青虫)及真菌感染的康乃馨中也有这类生物碱[1]。许多研究指出这类的生物碱有抗炎性抗氧化止痒英语anti-itch、抗刺激和抗动脉粥样硬化的效果[2][3]。其名称Avenanthramides是由Collins在发表在燕麦中含有这类化合物时所创的名称[4][5]。后来发现Avenanthramide是Avenalumins I, II及III的开环酰胺,是Mayama及其同事以前发表过,燕麦中的抗毒素英语phytoalexin[6][7]
