哈羅德·L·艾克斯（英語：Harold L. Ickes，1874年3月15日—1952年2月3日），是美國政治家、公務員和律師。他從1933年至1946年擔任美國內政部長近13年，是擔任該職位時間最長的人^[5]，同時也是繼詹姆斯·威爾遜之後美國歷史上任職時間第二長的內閣成員。艾克斯與勞工部長弗朗西絲·珀金斯是羅斯福總統內閣中僅有的兩位自始至終都留任的閣員。

艾克斯負責實施羅斯福總統的「新政」政策^[6] ，他監督公共工程管理局的重大救濟計劃，並協調聯邦政府的環境整治工作^[7]。他在當時被認為是一位傑出的自由派代言人、一位嫻熟的公共演說家及非裔美國人民權運動的支持者^[8]；儘管艾克斯有時在涉及州級隔離的問題時妥協於政治上的權宜之計，但是在內政部長的職權範圍內他確實消除了他所能管轄地區的「種族隔離」政策^[9]，他曾擔任芝加哥的全美有色人種協進會主席^[10]^[11]^[12]。他的兒子哈羅德·M·艾克斯（英語：Harold M.
