胡安·德迪奧斯·羅曼（西班牙語：Juan de Dios Román，1942年12月17日—2020年11月28日），西班牙手球運動員、教練。他曾帶領西班牙國家隊參加1988年、1996年和2000年夏季奧林匹克運動會手球比賽，結果隊伍獲得二枚銅牌。[1]
