Android 13，開發代號為Tiramisu^[2]^[3]^[4]。第一個開發者預覽版本已於2022年2月10日發布，Google Pixel系列（Pixel 4以及後續機型）手機率先使用。^[5]正式版於2022年8月15日發佈。^[6]^[7]^[8]

Android 13在後台使用身體傳感器需要新的權限。^[9]另外如果OEM希望在設備上搭載Android 13並捆綁Google流動服務，則手機內存至少要達到2GB，存儲空間必須達到16GB^[10]。
