馬來西亞國家銀行(馬來語：Bank Negara Malaysia，簡稱BNM)，大馬華人稱為大馬國家銀行。設立於1959年1月24日，總部位於吉隆坡，是馬來西亞的中央銀行。其主要負責發行貨幣，規管金融機構，管理信用體系，及實施貨幣政策等事務。
名稱
馬來西亞國家銀行在馬來語及英語中都以「Bank Negara Malaysia」（BNM）作為正式名稱；但官方亦同時以英語自稱為「Central Bank of Malaysia」，直譯為馬來西亞中央銀行。因此在中文之中馬來西亞國家銀行抑或馬來西亞中央銀行皆為其正式名稱。
歷史
是馬來西亞的中央銀行。成立於，總部設在馬來西亞首都吉隆坡，並在吉隆坡、檳城、新山、古晉、亞庇和瓜拉登嘉樓設有分行。它是由馬來西亞政府設立及擁有，其主要目的不在營利，而是管制與監督全國的銀行與金融活動。
2013年11月18日馬來西亞國家銀行於北京正式成立了駐北京代表處，這是其繼倫敦與紐約之後在全球範圍內的第三家國際代表處[6]，國家銀行行長丹斯里潔蒂在開幕式上表示，在中國設立代表處，反映了馬中兩國顯著及長期性的經貿關係[7]。

組織機構
董事會
國家銀行董事會負責對國家銀行的運作和管理進行監督及對國家銀行授權業務的績效進行審查[8]。董事會共有十二名成員，其中國家銀行行長，三位副行長，及財政部秘書長為當然成員，而其餘成員則從國內公共部門或私營機構中具有豐富經驗的主要領導中聘請[8]。董事會的成員任免程序是除國家銀行副行長以外的成員，全部由最高元首任命，而副行長則由財政部部長任命[8]。董事會依法必須每月至少舉行一次會議[8]。現任董事會成員有[9]：

部門
國家銀行行長是國家銀行的行政總裁，其日常辦公由三位副行長和七位助理行長進行協助。行長以下共設有36個部門（單位）各分屬八大職能分部，其中七個職能分部分別由行長的七位助理行長負責領導，而餘下的另一個職能分部則由國家銀行總經理負責領導[10]國家銀行的整體部門設置及組織規劃如下 [11]：

馬來西亞政府於2009年頒布的《馬來西亞國家銀行法案》（Akta Bank Negara Malaysia 2009）中的第十五節第一條規定了央行行長人事輪替的細節：其中央行行長依法應由最高元首任命，而副行長則由財政部部長任命[12]。
而自1959年成立以來至今，國家銀行一共輪任過七位行長[13]。

The Governor is the Chief Executive Officer of the Bank and is assisted by three Deputy Governors and seven Assistant Governors. Most of the 36 departments/units in the Bank are organised into eight divisions, where each Assistant Governor including a General Manager, being responsible for one.

Section 15 (1) of the Central Bank of Malaysia Act 2009 provides that the Governor shall be appointed by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, and the Deputy Governors by the Minister (charged with the responsibility for finance).
