布羅德曼44區（英文：Brodmann area 44），簡稱BA44，是大腦皮質的額葉的一個細胞結構分區，布羅德曼分區系統中的第44區[1][2]。它位於額葉的外側部，前運動區之前，布羅德曼9區之下，布羅德曼45區之後[2]。
結構
布羅德曼44區的上界為額下溝，前界為外側溝的上升枝。BA44在深度上延伸到島葉之界。該區域亦稱為額下回的島蓋部。布羅德曼44區是額島蓋（Frontal operculum）的一部分。[2]
功能
在人腦中，布羅德曼44區與45區一起組成布洛卡區，與語言處理有關；有數據表明BA44與語音的關係較其與語法的關係更為密切[1][3][4]。有研究顯示，該區域還與手部運動有關[5]。
