印度－馬來西亞關係（印地語：भारत-मलेशियाई संबंध；馬來語：Hubungan India-Malaysia），又稱印馬關係或馬印關係，是指印度和馬來西亞之間的雙邊外交關係。印度在吉隆坡設有高級專員公署[1]，馬來西亞在新德里設有高級專員公署[2]，在欽奈和孟買設有總領事館。[3][4]這兩個國家都是英聯邦、[5]亞洲合作對話和G15[6]的正式成員。印度和馬來西亞也通過可追溯到古代的各種文化和歷史聯繫聯繫在一起。[7]兩國關係非常友好，因為馬來西亞是印度移民的集中地。馬來西亞第四任也是任職時間最長的總理马哈迪·穆罕默德有印度血統。[8]在貿易方面，兩國雙邊貿易額為105億美元，預計到2020年將達到250億美元。
