小約翰·李察·卡西奇（英語：John Richard Kasich Jr.，1952年5月13日—[1]），曾任俄亥俄州第69任州長（英語：List of Governors of Ohio）。2010年首任，並於2014年連任[2]。2015年7月21日，卡西奇宣佈有意代表共和黨角逐2016年美國總統候選人提名[3][4]。

卡西奇曾任九屆美國眾議院議員，為俄亥俄州第十二選區（英語：Ohio's 12th congressional district）代表，任期由1983年至2001年止[5]。在眾議員任內，卡西奇擔任了18年的軍事委員會委員，以及6年的預算委員會（英語：United States House Committee on the Budget）主席。他是推動福利改革（英語：Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Act）與1997年平衡預算法案（英語：Balanced Budget Act of 1997）等法案的重要人物。

2001年至2007年間，卡西奇曾在福斯新聞頻道擔任評論員，並主持過《卡西奇的心臟地帶（英語：Heartland with John Kasich）》節目。他亦曾為投資銀行家（英語：Investment banking）、雷曼兄弟位於俄亥俄州哥倫布辦公室的董事總經理[6][7]。
