英雄聯盟日本聯賽（英語：League of Legends Japan League，簡稱LJL）是日本《英雄聯盟》的頂級聯賽，該比賽於2014年成立，^[1]舉辦地則為日本東京。^[2]每年都有春、夏兩季的常規性季賽，每個賽季都有6支隊伍參賽。該比賽的常規賽採用雙循環BO3賽制，並持續10周，而常規賽前三的隊伍將進入季後賽，該比賽的季後賽則採用階梯制，其中常規賽排名第2、3的隊伍將會進入準決賽，而排名第1的隊伍和在準決賽中取得勝利的隊伍則將會進入決賽。^[3]
