諾瑪·莉婭·尼爾森·麥考維（英語：Norma Leah Nelson McCorvey，1947年9月22日—2017年2月18日），曾化名為簡·羅（英語：Jane Roe），是美國著名判例羅訴韋德案中的原告。在此項判例中，美國最高法院判決各州禁止孕婦墮胎的法律均屬違憲。[2]
麥考維後來成為了福音派新教徒，又在晚年改宗為羅馬天主教，並參與了反墮胎運動。[3]麥考維曾表示，參與羅訴韋德案是她此生中最嚴重的錯誤。[4]不過在尼克·斯威尼所拍的紀錄片又名《簡·羅》中，麥考維在臨終懺悔時曾表示自己並未真正支持過反墮胎運動，她這麼做完全都是因為有人會給她報酬。[5]
早年生活
麥考維出生在路易斯安那州錫姆斯波特[6]，她的童年是在位於波因特庫皮堂區萊茨沃思的家中度過的。[7]不過後來他們家舉家搬往了休斯頓。
