雷蒙德·H·「雷」·拉胡德（英語：Raymond H. "Ray" LaHood；1945年12月6日—）是來自於伊利諾伊州的共和黨人，2009年1月起任美國運輸部長。此前他曾連續七次當選代表伊利諾伊州第18選區的聯邦眾議員（1995－2009）。
早年與教育
他生於皮奧里亞，母親Mary A. LaHood (née Vogel)是德裔美國人，父親Edward M. LaHood是黎巴嫩裔，他經營着一家餐館[1][2][3]。1971年他獲得位於皮奧里亞的 Bradley University 的教育與社會學的理學士[1]。
