罗伯特·E·凯利（英语：Robert E. Kelly；1972年9月27日—）是专长于南北韩关系的政治学者，现为韩国釜山大学政治学与外交系的副教授。2017年3月，凯利在接受BBC国际台访问时因两名幼儿与妻子意外入镜而爆红。
早年生活
罗伯特·E·凯利于1972年出生于美国俄亥俄州凯霍加郡[1][2]，1994年毕业于俄亥俄州迈阿密大学，专业为历史与政治学；并分别于2002年和2005年自俄亥俄州立大学获硕士与博士学位（国际关系专业），论文主题为非政府组织在布列敦森林制度中扮演的角色[3]。此外凯利曾在德国联邦议院实习，能流利使用德语[4]。
职业生涯
罗伯特·E·凯利为韩国釜山大学政治学与外交系的副教授[5]，为专门研究南北韩关系的政治评论员，经常接受平面与电视媒体采访，获其同事赞为“非常出色的韩国分析家”[6]。凯利曾接受BBC国际台、中国中央电视台[5]与半岛电视台采访[7]，在《外交家》[5]、《外交事务》[8]、《华盛顿邮报》和《纽约时报》等报章杂志上撰文[9][10]，并经常为澳洲洛伊国际政策研究所发布的部落格《The Interpreter》供稿[11]。
BBC新闻专访事件
2017年3月10日，凯利在家接受BBC国际台主播詹姆士·梅内德斯的线上直播采访，评论韩国总统朴槿惠弹劾案，采访期间凯利4岁大的女儿（Marion）、9个月大的儿子（James）先后意外进入其房间而入镜，随后其妻冲入房间将两名幼儿迅速带出[12]，采访则照常进行至结束。BBC新闻将此专访影片赞为当周最佳的电视片段[13]，影片在社交网站上爆红，入镜的4人均成为网络迷因的主题[14][15][16]。影片发布后一天内就在YouTube上累积超过600万次浏览，在英国成为排名第一的热门影片[17]，并成为2017年度Youtube的第十大热门影片[18]。
许多观众与记者误将影片中入镜的凯利妻子当作他的保母[19]，也有网友对凯利的家庭关系发表评论。3月14日凯利一家再度接受BBC采访，谈论此次事件[20]。该年底凯利接受《卫报》专访时表示“那两个礼拜我们成了世界上最出名的家庭”[21]。
凯利因此事件爆红后，曾与家人作为特别来宾登上韩国KBS2的亲子实境秀《我的超人爸爸》[22]。
