杆菌状核糖核酸病毒科（学名：Barnaviridae）是正义单链RNA病毒的一个科，其学名意为“杆菌状的RNA病毒”（Bacilliform-shaped RNA virus），本科仅有杆菌状核糖核酸病毒属（Barnavirus）一个属，其下仅有蘑菇杆菌状病毒（Mushroom bacilliform virus, MBV）一种病毒，为感染蕈类的真菌病毒[注 1][3][4]，可感染养殖场培养的洋菇，造成拉弗朗斯病（La France disease），病征包括产量下降、生长变慢、子实体变形等[5]。

基因组

蘑菇杆菌状病毒不具有包膜，长约48–53奈米，宽约18–20奈米，其基因组长约4000nt，不具有多聚腺苷酸尾[6]，有四个主要的开放阅读框，其中ORF1编码蛋白的功能不明，ORF2编码的多肽具有蛋白酶活性，可将其自身切割成数个蛋白质；ORF3编码RNA复制酶，可能是以-1核糖体移码的机制与ORF2一起转译成一大型多肽再切割而成；ORF4则编码衣壳蛋白，此病毒基因组可以产生仅包含ORF4的次基因组RNA（subgenomic RNA）用以表现衣壳蛋白[3]。

  1. ^ 从数据库的序列分析结果另有发现两种可能属于本科的病毒：立枯丝核菌（英语：Rhizoctonia solani）杆菌状核糖核酸病毒（Rhizoctonia solani barnavirus 1, RsBarV1）与南极漆姑草（英语：Colobanthus quitensis）相关杆菌状核糖核酸病毒（Colobanthus quitensis associated barnavirus 1, CqABV1），但尚未经国际病毒分类委员会正式认定，后者亦尚未完全确定是感染植物的病毒或感染相关真菌的病毒[1][2]。
