高地运动会

高地运动会（Highland games）是每年春季和夏季在苏格兰举办的一项活动，也是庆祝苏格兰和凯尔特文化的活动之一，特别是苏格兰高地文化。许多比赛项目都是众所周知的苏格兰象征，如风笛、苏格兰裙、长木柱掷远。于每年8月在邓农举办的Cowal高地聚会（Cowal Highland Gathering）是世界规模最大的高地运动会^[1]，吸引约3,500名运动员参加，以及约23,000名观众。
