亞迪拉·卡拉韋奧（英語：Yadira Caraveo，1980年12月23日—）為美國政治人物及兒科醫生，隸屬於民主黨。卡拉韋奧於2018年當選科羅拉多州眾議院第31選區議員，並於2019年1月4日上任。該選區涵蓋了亞當斯縣和韋爾德縣的部分地區。隨後她於2022年參加了新設立的科羅拉多州第八國會選區聯邦眾議員選舉並成功當選[1][2]，成為了該州歷史上第一位拉丁裔國會議員。[3][4]
早年生活和教育
卡拉韋奧生於美國科羅拉多州，其父母皆為20世紀70年代來到美國的墨西哥無證移民。她在醫學院學習時自願參加了2008年歐巴馬的競選活動。[5]他先是於瑞吉斯大學獲得了理學學士學位，後於科羅拉多大學丹佛分校醫學院獲得了醫學士學位。[6]隨後卡拉韋奧在新墨西哥大學醫院完成了兒科住院醫師培訓，後來還在那裡參與了實習醫生和住院醫生委員會的工作。[7]
科羅拉多州眾議院
除了擔任科羅拉多州眾議院議員之外，卡拉韋奧同時在科羅拉多州桑頓兼職兒科醫生。[6]自2017年開始，卡拉韋奧還兼任科羅拉多州亞當斯縣Anythink圖書館系統的董事會成員。[8]
選舉
2018年11月6日，卡拉韋奧在決選中以得票率55%對39%的優勢擊敗了共和黨提名人里科·菲格羅亞，成功當選科羅拉多州眾議員。[9]
任內
卡拉韋奧發起了一項向無證移民免費提供避孕用品的提案，並引用研究表明這一政策確實能夠降低孕產婦死亡率和嬰兒死亡率。[10]此外她還發起了一項對大麻產品消費設定年齡限制的提案，同時在提案中要求驗屍官對所有非正常死亡者進行四氫大麻酚測定。[11]這一提案引發了爭議，卡拉韋奧認為該提案能夠阻止青少年大麻成癮，但反對者認為這一檢測會基於種族歧視的動機。[12][13]
