壓後皮層（英文：Retrosplenial cortex），是大腦扣帶皮層的一部分，位於布羅德曼系統第29、30分區^[1]^[2]。雖然壓後皮層在位置上位於後扣帶皮層，但功能上常被歸為獨立的一部分^[1]^[3]。該區域的具體功能不完全明朗，但可能與空間認知、想像力以及情節記憶的形成與整合有關^[1]^[2]^[3]。

解剖學

壓後皮層位於布羅德曼系統第29、30分區，但在不同物種的腦部大小不一^[1]。在人腦中，壓後皮層的面積約占大腦皮層總面積的0.3%，而在兔腦中則至少占10%，在鼠腦中面積比例更大^[2]。

臨床

臨床上，單側大腦半球的壓後皮層受損，可影響患者空間定向能力，而如果雙側皮層都受損，則患者常患上不同程度的順行性遺忘症和逆行性失憶症^[2]^[4]。

此外，壓後皮層是阿爾茨海默症患者（老年痴呆）最早病變的腦部區域之一，即輕度認知障礙階段^[5]^[6]。
