Hi,
I have some questions about the way Wikipedia handles traditional/simplified characters.
Am I right to assume that if there is no specific mark-up then Wikipedia will translate into traditional or simplified depending on each user's preferences, but if there is an attribute lang="zh-Hant" or lang="zh-Hans" then Wikipedia will leave the textual content of that elements as is?
