伊斯塔帕（西班牙語：Iztapa）是危地馬拉的一个城鎮，位于埃斯昆特拉省。面積328平方公里，海拔为1米。2014年人口61448人[1]，人口密度为每平方公里187.34人。
历史
1897年，政府决定在伊斯塔帕修建港口，以减轻圣何塞港的运输压力。但在同年9月，政府实施中美洲博览会与跨洋铁路项目失败以后，白银与咖啡的国际价格突然暴跌，这使得危地马拉全国陷入了沉重的经济危机，而时任总统的何塞·玛利亚·雷纳·巴里奥斯将他的任期延长至了1902年，这一举措最终导致其被杀[a]，同时修建港口的计划亦因此搁置。 伊斯塔帕曾用名Ystapa（与伊斯塔帕发音相近）[3]。
