尤金·罗根（英語：Eugene Lawrence Rogan，FBA ，1960年10月31日—）是一位美国历史学家，主攻中东北非地区的近代史（奥斯曼帝国晚期-现在）。1991年罗根在哈佛大学获得博士学位，之后进入牛津大學聖安東尼學院任职[1][2][3]。
