个人生活

布瑞特出生于1984年8月2日。她自3岁起就开始在坎那珀里斯（英语：Kannapolis, North Carolina）的真理寺(Truth Temple)学唱歌。她与几个哥哥后来还一起在Charlotte当地的WAXN（英语：WAXN）电台的每日宗教栏目上表演过。在South Rowan高中就读期间，她加入过校合唱团。
