桑特海峡战役(Battle of the Saintes)是美国独立战争中英国海军在西印度群岛的重要胜利，从而结束了该地区的法国威胁。

经过

桑特海峡战役發生在1782年4月9日至12日，是英、法國在加勒比海地區的一場殖民利益爭奪戰。 當時法國以馬提尼克為基地，英國則占據聖露西亞，桑特（Saintes）是加勒比海三個小島的名稱，位為多明尼加和瓜德罗普之間。這次戰役法國戰敗，法國那艘以特洛伊王子帕里斯（Paris）命名的巨艦也淪為英國戰利品。

此战英国舰队和法国舰队各以战列线对阵时，风向突然改变，英舰队司令乔治·罗德尼（George Rodney）立刻率领六艘战舰突破法舰队的一字长蛇阵，其他英舰也就近突破敌阵，将法国舰队分割成几段。结果五艘法舰投降。
