理查德·霍尔丹，第一代霍尔丹子爵，KT，OM，PC，FRS，FSA，FBA（英語：Richard Burdon Haldane, 1st Viscount Haldane，/ˈhɔːldeɪn/，1856年7月30日—1928年8月19日），英国政治家、律师和哲学家，也是一位有影响力的英国自由党政治家。他在1905年至1912年期间担任自由党内阁的陆军大臣，他于任内对英国陆军进行了一系列革新整顿，史称“霍尔丹改革（英语：Haldane Reforms）”^[1]^[2]。他作为当时著名的法律学者，对德国思想文化颇为着迷，他也因此于1912年在“霍尔丹任务（英语：Haldane Mission）”中致力于谋求与德国缓和紧张的关系^[3]^[4]^[5]；但随着英德关系日趋恶化，英国开始更密切地同法国展开战略合作^[6]。

1911年，他被国王乔治五世册封为霍尔丹子爵，并于1912年至1915年间担任大法官^[7]，当时他因被指控对德国过于同情而被迫辞去陆军大臣之职^[8]。一战结束后，他在1923年加入了工党，其后在1924年的第一届工党政府中再次担任大法官。霍尔丹在政治生涯之余还是一位颇具名望的哲学作家，为此他于1914年被选为英国国家学术院院士。
