短溝蜷科（學名：Semisulcospiridae）是吸螺目蟹守螺總科的成員，主要包括了短溝蜷屬及其他主要在亞洲生活的物種。
根據2005年《布歇特和洛克羅伊的腹足類分類》，短溝蜷科原為肋蜷科之下的一個亞科[1]。 2009年被Strong & Köhler (2009)提升至科級[2]。
