索格拉斯巡迴賽球手俱樂部（Tournament Players Club at Sawgrass），簡稱索格拉斯TPC球場（TPC at Sawgrass），是美國東南部的一座高爾夫球場，位於佛羅里達州傑克孫維東南龐特韋德拉海灘。這座球場開業於44年前的1980年夏季，也是PGA巡迴賽的總部所在地和球員錦標賽的舉辦場地。

索格拉斯TPC球場位於龐特韋德拉海灘的索格拉斯開發區，包含有競技場球場（the Stadium Course）和山谷球場（the Valley Course）兩個球場。競技場球場由著名高爾夫球場設計師皮特·戴（英语：Pete Dye）和愛麗絲·戴（英语：Alice Dye）設計，是世界難度最高的高爾夫球場之一。其最著名的球洞是第17洞，標準桿3桿，全長137-碼（125-米），以「島果嶺」（Island Green）而著稱，也是世界最著名和最難的球洞之一。球場可容納36,000名觀眾[5]。

歷史

索格拉斯TPC球場位於佛羅里達州東北的沼澤地，面積415英畝（1.68平方公里），距大西洋約有一英里。這一球場有眾多頗具挑戰性的特點：狹窄的球道上分佈有眾多草沼和無人維護的沙坑；數十個深沙坑；高大的棕櫚樹阻礙開球；堅硬且高速的果嶺[6]。

在1977年至1981年，球員錦標賽在與TPC球場相鄰的索格拉斯鄉村俱樂部（英语：Sawgrass Country Club）舉辦[7][8]。由於大雨拖延工期，TPC球場自1982年才成為球員錦標賽的舉辦場地，比計劃延後一年[6]。傑瑞·佩特（英语：Jerry Pate）成為第一個在這裡贏得球員錦標賽冠軍的球手[9][10][11]。本·克倫肖（英语：Ben Crenshaw）形容這座球場是「由達斯·維達設計的星球大戰高爾夫」[12]。當被問到TPC球場是否適合他的打法時，傑克·尼克勞斯回答稱「不，我從不擅長在汽車引擎蓋上用5號鐵桿停球」[12]。J·C·斯尼德（英语：J. 島果嶺

索格拉斯TPC球場最為標誌性的球洞是競技場球場的第17洞。這一球洞以「島果嶺（Island Green）」而著稱（雖然準確的說是一個半島）[21]。這一球洞從發球區到果嶺的距離僅有137碼（125米）[22]。其果嶺長78-英尺（24-米），並且在前方有一個小型沙坑[23]。除了一條通往果嶺的小徑外，果嶺完全被水面包圍。且由於附近的樹木，因此上方常有強風 [24]。天氣條件經常左右球桿選擇[22]。由於缺乏能將球開到果嶺的位置，球手經常在這裡將球打入沙坑或水中。據統計，每年都會從附近水體回收超過100,000顆球[25]。

島果嶺全景

島果嶺的設計是因偶然而產生。第17洞最初設計為一個簡單的3桿洞，果嶺僅有部分被湖包圍。然而環繞17洞的土質屬於沙地，這對修建優秀的高爾夫球場必不可少。但在TPC球場所在的沼澤地區，沙地非常少見。在球場接近竣工時，所有的沙子都是挖自這一地區，造成出現了一個巨大坑洞。愛麗絲·戴因此提出了「島果嶺」的構想[26]。皮特·戴雖然對此並無興趣，但同意了這個想法。這一構思早就了世界最著名的高爾夫球洞之一。由於島果嶺大受歡迎，高爾夫台在球員錦標賽期間於島果嶺配置了11台攝像機[27]。

在1998年球員錦標賽（英语：1998 Players Championship）上，布拉德·法貝爾（英语：Brad Fabel）成功將球開到島果嶺上。但之後一隻海鷗在果嶺上多次撿起他的球，並最後將其投入水中[28]。根據高爾夫規則的18-1條，由於鳥類屬於外部因素且法貝爾已完成開球，法貝爾允許在他的球最初停在果嶺的位置開第二桿。

在2007年球員錦標賽（英语：2007 Players Championship），有50個小球在17洞入水，打破2000年球員錦標賽（英语：2000 Players Championship）的45球記錄[29][30]。

由於2005年2月的第三十九届超级碗在球場附近的傑克孫維舉辦。FOX體育台曾邀請MLB球手、NFL球手和納斯卡賽車手在17洞同場競技。戴爾·賈勒特（英语：Dale Jarrett）最終獲勝，成為唯一將球開上果嶺的運動員[31]。
