缅甸灰野狗（英语：Gray Dhole或Myanmar gray wild dog或Burmese gray wild dog）是缅甸的一种未确认的犬科动物，目击报告主要来自克钦邦的伊洛瓦底江附近的比当禁猎区（Pidaung Game Sanctuary）和勃固省的Thayagon。它被描述为有体长很短，有一身深灰的皮，黑色的口鼻部和圆耳。缅甸人说缅甸有两种野狗，一种大的一种小的。
