肌球蛋白轻链激酶（英語：Myosin light-chain kinase，MYLK 或 MLCK）是一类丝氨酸/苏氨酸特异性蛋白激酶，通过磷酸化来调节II型肌球蛋白的轻链^[3]。

亚型

现存四种MLCK亚型^[4]主要分布于不同肌细胞：

MYLK – 平滑肌
MYLK2 – 骨骼肌
MYLK3 – 心肌
