肯尼斯·H·塔葛（Kenneth H. Tuggle，1904年6月12日—1978年2月17日[1]），美国共和党人，1943年至1947年，担任肯塔基州副州长[2]。在他之后的五十三年后，共和党方才重获肯塔基州副州长一职。
生平
1927年，塔葛一直在肯塔基州巴布威尔从事法律工作，直至1943年当选。1939年，他被共和党推举竞选肯塔基州检察长，但最终在普选中落败。1943年，西米恩·S·威利斯与他搭档竞选肯塔基州正副州长，他以265,833票对264,793票，险胜民主党候选人威廉·H·梅。
1953年，美国总统怀特•艾森豪威尔任命他进入美国政府州际商务委员会，任职至1975年12月31日退休[3]。在建立全国的铁路工业上，他在美国享誉盛誉。
