萨尔瓦托雷·"公牛萨米"·格拉瓦诺（英語：Salvatore "Sammy the Bull" Gravano，1945年3月12日—[1]）是美国前黑帮老大，后成为甘比诺犯罪家族的二当家。作为副老大，格拉瓦诺在起诉犯罪家族老大約翰·高蒂[2]的过程中发挥了重要作用，他同意作为政府证人指证约翰·高蒂和其他黑帮成员[3]，并在交易中承认参与了19起谋杀案。[4][5]
