阿菲波菌属（学名：Afipia）为硝化杆菌科的一属细菌。该属的模式种为猫抓阿菲波菌（Afipia felis），是采用细胞培养法从猫抓病患者的淋巴吸出物中分离而得到的首例阿菲波菌。本屬物種為水生菌種，以海面上方的大氣的二甲基砜作為碳來源[1]。
