《1901年盜竊罪法令》（英語：Larceny Act 1901；1 Edw 7 c 10）是英國國會的一項法令，訂立了欺詐性侵佔（fraudulent conversion）的罪行。
該法令修訂了《1861年盜竊罪法令》第75及76條。它將欺詐性地挪用他人託付予自己的財產或自己為他人代收的財產的罪行定為非重刑罪，可判以勞役七年， 或監禁（不論是否含有苦役）兩年。[1]
《1916年盜竊罪法令》第48(1)條及附表為英格蘭及愛爾蘭廢除了該法令。
