2019年英格蘭社區盾是第97屆英格蘭社區盾，由上季英格蘭超級聯賽冠軍對英格蘭足總盃冠軍。[4]但由於曼城在2019年同時奪得兩項錦標，由2018年至2019年英格蘭足球超級聯賽亞軍利物浦補上參賽名額。[5][6]
