User:Bluedecklibrary is controlled by User:Bluedeck and is used as a namespace for archives of any pages on the wiki. For example, articles pending notability deletion. An archived article remains in the library indefinitely and is available to all even after the deletion.

user:bluedecklibrary/* aims to be a centralized storage location for these archives. My experience tells me that this helps editors with rewrites, facilitates research, and makes the deletion process more transparent.

Although a case can be made that all articles fit for preservation should simply be moved to a preservation namespace instead of copy-pasting (I agree), that proposal is hopelessly blocked by deletionists. So here is the workaround.
