伊恩·伊芬·馬臣（荷蘭語：Ian Ethan Maatsen；2002年3月10日—）是一名荷蘭職業足球員，司職左閘，現時效力英超球會車路士，並代表荷蘭U21参加國際比賽。
球會生涯
早期生涯
馬臣於7歲時加盟荷蘭球會飛燕諾的青訓學院，但因體格矮小已被放棄。他後來先後效力鹿特丹斯巴達和PSV燕豪芬的青年軍，最終於2018年加盟英超球會車路士的青訓學院[7]。
車路士
馬臣於2019年9月25日，對陣甘士比的聯賽盃比賽中上演生涯地標戰，於第66分鐘後備入替馬高斯·阿朗素，協助車路士以7–1勝出[8]。
外借查爾頓
2020年10月13日，馬臣被外借英甲球隊查爾頓[9]，並於10月20日首次為查爾頓於聯賽後備上陣，協助球隊以1–0擊敗黑池[10]。
