您創建的條目可能侵犯版權

Re:About Green Council

Hi Greencouncil,

Sorry for the delay, I have to translate what in my mind therefore I cannot reply immediately (:P). As you noticed I have reported copyright issue for your article. To respond your question that you have mentioned in my talk page, I would have suggestions as below:

You may rewrite the article in temporary page, and in your words. As original article have been seen copied from source that still reserve copyright, and that page should remain unedited until the issue is solved. You may refer to page deletion discussion page to find out the process of copyright issue.
If you are official of such organisation, and you own the copyright of the sources I listed, instead of the solution above, you can publish such materials in GNU Free Document License, that all materials in Wikipedia are published in that license, and mention GFDL license in such sources, than leave a message in Talk page or directly in page deletion discussion page just below the entry of that article to state that the sources are released to public domain. However, I would remind you that, even such sources are created yourself, copyright of such content may belongs to the organisation but not you (from XiaoZhou's Wikipedia guide). Thus before you take such step, you may need to get approval from the organisation.

Apart from copyright issue, you may have to know points below.

As you are official of the organisation, you are reminded that all content published in Wikipedia must be attributed to a reliable, published source, and remain written in neutral point of view.
As there is Chinese Wikipedia, we accepts Chinese content. In your previous contribution, all content are written in English. I would suggest that such content should be published in English Wikipedia, or be translated in Chinese before publishing there. Also you have to use Chinese title in Chinese Wikipedia, for Green Council, I would suggest you to create 環保促進會 instead of Green council.
Also as the same reason, you are advised to use Chinese to communicate with others here. I do not know if you can communicate in Chinese, but if you can, you should do so.
The last thing is that when you left the message in my talk page, you forgot to put a title above your message (==Title of your message==) and a signature (~~~~) after the message. It is a guideline of communicating in Wikipedia (no matter in Chinese community or English, or the others), please remember this.

很高與閣下接納本人上述的意見。不知道閣下有沒有清楚了解本人的訊息，由於您引用的資料來源有版權，而沒有釋出至公有領域，維基百科是不可以接受此類資料的。對於您在環保促進會的編輯，因為仍然存在版權問題，本人將會如同Green council一樣的提交版權問題，希望閣下了解。

I am glad that you accept my opinion above. But I am not sure if you have read whole message clearly, since the source you have included still have copyright reserved, and did not been released to public domain, Wikipedia cannot accept such content. For your edit in 環保促進會, since copyright issue has not been solved, I will report copyright problem as well as Green council, I hope you can understand.

環保促進會快速删除通知

您所建立的環保促進會，由於被判斷是「以廣告、宣傳為目的」而建立的頁面，已被快速刪除。但是快速刪除並不表示此條目不適合存在於維基百科上，建議您可以先參考Wikipedia:不适合维基百科的文章，以及目前維基百科中其他性質類似之條目，再重新創建此條目；也建議您在重新撰寫條目時，盡量避免以「宣傳」的角度來撰寫，盡量以中立客觀的敘述方式，讓其成為適合於「百科全書」的文章。若您希望试验，请使用沙盒。

Hi Greencouncil, Please refer to the message above, there are clear solutions to copyright issue. You may take one of those steps to solve this problem. And since some Wikipedians think that your previous edition seemed to be advertisment, in your next edition you may need to notice carefully if your content sounds like advertisment. Thank you for your understanding.

P.S. You still forgot to put title and signature in your last message. :p, actually you may click the link in top of my talk page to leave a message, and after you enter your message, remember to type ~~~~ to put your Wiki signature.

P.S.(2) You may refer to XiaoZhou's wiki guide too if you can understand Chinese. I believe there are instructions that are clearer and you can find the solution.
