南极睡鲨（学名：Somniosus antarcticus）为一种生活于深海水深 400 ~ 1,100 米处^[1]^[3]的梦棘鲛科鲨鱼，栖息于大西洋、印度洋与太平洋南方^[1]。体长可达4.4米（14英尺）^[3]，属于伏击型掠食者（英语：ambush predator），以头足纲（尤其是大王酸浆鱿）与鱼类为主食，但其胃中偶尔也可发现海洋哺乳动物与鸟类的残骸^[1]。南极睡鲨时常在渔业捕捉大西洋胸棘鲷和小鳞犬牙南极鱼时遭到误捕（英语：bycatch），目前尚不可知这样的行为会对南极睡鲨造成多大的威胁^[1]。

南极睡鲨在之前一直被认为是小头睡鲨（Somniosus microcephalus）或是太平洋睡鲨（Somniosus pacifius），一直到 2004 年才被确认为一新种^[4]。
