李察·史丹利（英语：Richard Stanley，1966年11月22日—）是一名南非男导演、编剧和制片人。他以1990年的科幻恐怖片《霹雳战士龙》而闻名，该片除了取得成功的票房外更在之后成为了一部邪典电影。
早期生活
李察·史丹利出生于南非开普省钓鱼镇。他是非洲著名记者兼探险家亨利·莫顿·史丹利的后裔。他的母亲彭妮·米勒（Penny Miller）是一位艺术家和人类学家，以《南部非洲神话与传说》（Myths and Legends of Southern Africa）一书而闻名。
史丹利在就读开普敦大学期间主修人类学，他也曾在南非音乐学院的档案系工作；就学期间他时常拍摄部落舞蹈和入会仪式的影片。
